Country: Türkiye Source: UN High Commissioner for Refugees Please refer to the attached file. Highlights On 22 May, with UNHCR’s overarching coordination, forty humanitarian partners - including national and international NGOs along with UN agencies - published the 2026 Türkiye chapter of the Regional Refugee and Resilience Plan (3RP). The plan has been developed through extensive consultation and substantial feedback from government counterparts, creating valuable opportunities to further discuss, refine, and align the framework with the evolving context and priorities. 3RP partners, co-led by UNHCR and UNDP, aim to assist 3.2 million people from refugees and host community in Türkiye this year. The 3RP will focus on three strategic objectives: (1) contribute to the protection of Syrians under temporary protection and international protection applicants and status holders; (2) support inclusion and access to services, including health, education, social services as well as municipal services; and (3) support harmonisation, self-reliance, as well as durable solutions including voluntary, safe, dignified, and orderly returns. Humanitarian partners are seeking USD 471 million to address needs for protection, basic services, education, health, and economic empowerment in 2026.
